Project/Description: I have been commissioned to create a new intergenerational dance/theater performance for Full Circle, a three-day festival celebrating the art and heart of aging. http://www.fullcirclefestival.com/
This new work entitled Dawn to Dusk features 20 dancers ranging in age from 2-75 accompanied by musicians Arthur Brooks and Ensemble V. Dawn to Dusk will premier at the FlynnSpace Saturday April 12th at 7:30 pm and Sunday April 13th at 3:00 pm.
In addition, Ellen Smith Ahern and I will be performing Long Gone as part of the Full Circle Festival at the FlynnSpace on Sunday April 13th at 11:00 am.

All human beings are connected to others who are long gone. In this workshop, dancers Lida Winfield and Ellen Smith Ahern guide participants in the creative process used to develop their new work Long Gone, which premieres in FlynnSpace on Saturday, September 15. Through improvisation, gesture, dance, and storytelling, learn to use both voice and body to create short pieces that express the funny, sad, poignant, and quirky stories of those who have passed on. All bodies, abilities, and backgrounds are welcome.
